You will also be acting as an interface between our design and engineering teams, by helping develop, iterate and maintain new features and tools before they are deployed to the rest of the team.
What you’ll be doing:

- Receiving, digesting and solving high-level feedback into work that the team can action and improve the game upon.
- Working with production and the team directly to ensure the outcome of your work to a release-quality standard.
- You will embrace and exemplify MPG’s Design methodology: championing quality and with a deep understanding of the client’s design process
- You will display cross-discipline expertise and act as an interface between design and engineering
- You will act as a technical expert on the topic and ensure the tools, documents, technical support and dissemination of best practices
- Periodically provide feedback, including suggestions to improve tools and methods, bugs, etc
- As an expert user, help test new features and tools before they are deployed to the rest of the team
- Carry out production tasks as a game designer and prototype the gameplay features during game design
- Design and implement elements that are more complex, abstract or technically challenging and which impact the entire game
What we need from you:

- Experience designing games for console and/or PC
- Experience in UI/UX design
